How can I check transactions from more than three months ago in my online passbook?
You can view a PDF file of the transactions made during each month for the past 15 months (starting from the previous month). To do so, log on to the Direct Banking Service, and then select "Download Ordinary/Time Deposit Statement" from the "Online Passbook" menu. (Note, however, that you cannot check statements on certain smartphones that cannot display PDF files.)
Statements are created at the end of each month and can be checked around the 10th day of the following month.
To go directly to the applicable page after logging on, click here.
(If you are using a smartphone, use this link.)
To receive statements of transactions from more than 15 months ago, contact the Contact Center.
Note that a fee will be charged for each statement this way. For more information, click here.
