I submitted an automatic payment request form, but it was returned. What should I do?

ANSWER
(1) If you are registered to use the Direct Banking Service
After receiving the automatic payment request form that you submitted, Seven Bank will send an email titled "Please register to the Automatic Payment Service" to your registered email address.
Following the instructions in the email, log on to the Direct Banking Service, and then confirm your application for the Automatic Payment Service. (If you do not confirm your application by the deadline specified in the email, your automatic payment request form will be returned to the relevant available company.)

* If you do not use the Direct Banking Service, you will not receive an email requesting you to register for the Automatic Payment Service.

(2) If you are not registered to use the Direct Banking Service
If you wish to use our Automatic Payment Service or other services for the first time, you need to register for the Direct Banking Service.
