You can apply via an ATM for the following four types of procedures.

(1) Open account
[For customers with Japanese nationality and aged 15 or over]
Apply to open an account (only an account with a cash card without Debit Card Service)

(2) Change address
Change the registered address

(3) Update customer information
Change the telephone number, email address, workplace, occupation, or purpose of transaction)

(4) Extend the period of stay
[For customers with foreign nationality]
Submit the renewed residence card
