How can I submit my residence card?
You can submit your residence card by any of the following four methods.
1. Residence Card Submission Site <recommended>
You can submit your residence card via the following site within the Seven Bank website.
* Even after you make submission once, we may continue to ask you to submit your residence card. We will notify you by mail of the deadline for the second and subsequent submissions.
2. Seven Bank ATM
Some Seven Bank ATMs are available for the procedure to extend the period of stay.

3. proost website
You can submit your residence card by transmitting an image of the card via the proost website, provided by ACSiON, Ltd (Seven Bank's subsidiary).
* We will notify you by email of the deadline for the second and subsequent submissions. You can use this website for the second and subsequent submissions.
4. Mail
You can submit your residence card by affixing a copy of the card on the sheet attached to the notice we sent by mail, "Request for Submission of Copy of Residence Card," and returning the sheet using the envelop enclosed with the notice. Check here for how to submit the residence card.
* It takes some time after submission until registration.
